• Typing out the full forms of medical abbreviations and acronyms
• Identifying and following up on inconsistencies or errors
• Protecting patient confidentiality
• Medical Research
• Maintain patient records
• Review and edit medical documents
• Review audio recordings for accuracy
• Transcribe verbatim without errors or misinterpretations
• Setting up and maintaining medical files as required
